What happens if someone needs to change their appointment date or time?
If a client needs to reschedule or cancel, I require 24-hour notice before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, I will charge the full amount for the services that would have been provided.
What should clients do if they can't make their scheduled appointment and don't let you know ahead of time?
If you miss your appointment without providing 24 hours' notice, you will be charged for the full service I would have provided.
How can i notify mandi about a cancellation or reschedule?

What if there's an emergency?
